If you want my answer its going to be the Incredible Hulk because Iv seen Galactus taken out by Ghost Rider so the cosmics arent all theyv cracked up to be.

Even All DC and Marvel Earth, Solar Syatem and Galaxy Heroes and Villains Combine. They Can't Beat Super Saiyan Gogeta 4.They will all die in a single blast of his super duper killer kame hame wave with all his stregnth and powers in it! creating ablast so huge as big as the biggest star in the galaxy and with a radius reaching the two endpoints of the universe! Nothing not even a single celestial body will survive.The universe will be in total darkness deprived of light and life.And only Gogeta 4 is the shining being left!! He is the lone survivor of a gigantic battle of infinite proportions.But in the long run, Gogeta will get bored with no more opponents and will eventually split up again to gokou and vegeta they will fight their last fight and both will be die due to deprived energy and lack of inspiration and audience..All will end to Nothingness.THE END

If it is in the Marvel Universe, probably one of the cosmic beings (Galactus, Phoenix, Thanos and the like). If it is in the DC Universe, probably Superman.

We've seen Wolverine reduced to his skeleton, and regenerate minutes later to stomp Nitro. Much as I'm loathed to admit it, Wolverine may do the job. The cosmic enteties will pretty much wipe eachother out, leaving wolvie to finish off the small fries. Then he gets hit in the head with an invisible rock...

From DC the heaviest hitters are God and Death

In the very end it would come down to God VS the Beyond. Since DC seems to allude that their character God is the Biblical God I would have to say he would topple the Beyonder.

Wolverine would win, he can heal from anything even the andmantium been taken from his bones by Magneto, Being touched by Rogue and even the Dark Pheonix couldn't kill him he healed before she could totally kill him, he is indestructable he would survive it all, even if they put him in a coma

i also have to go with galactus unless they all went at him first and he still might be standing if he wasn't weakend by hunger, next might be ether the silver surfer or a really powerfull green lanturn
