given that most of the worlds problems(that arent about religion and lines on maps) are due to over population and over stretched resources, surely global culling is the only solution? But where to start and how many is enough?

There is certainly no end to the list. This is long over due and perhaps the best place to start would be with everyone I don't like. You are in trouble. The second group would be filled with people that think this question is rude. Many of the posters here qualify.

I think you're running before you've learned to walk. First you have to install yourself at the head of a totalitarian regime in a destabilised region, military coups are the usual means of achieving this. Then you need to pick on a distinct section of your subjects by turning everyone else against them, publishing random rants about their big noses and questionable personal hygiene would be a way forward. Then all you have to do is find an excuse to do away with them - their not liking you much would suffice.
Oh and the world problems are down to inequality, poverty and injustice. Any chance of sorting those out instead?

Let's begin in America with the hypocritical whites that believe that they have the right to dominate the world. Of course, we would need to eliminate the educated people, doctors, lawyers, teachers and such as they might see through the bloodshed and object, then we would need to move on to the under-educated people as they would be worthless to such a movement. Let's do the Hawaiians, as they are just in the way on the way to Japan. Let's do the Japanese next as they own the majority of many industries in the US and they eat raw fish. We can do in the Koreans as they are worthless....but we have China, Russia and India, not to mention Africa, and the Middle East. Your comment shows the greatest amount of bigotry towards other races and cultures.

I would start by dropping a MOAB (Mother of all bombs) right smack in the middle of Tehran! I mean kill a whole bunch of them da*m muslimes! At least a million. And then just tell them that if there is any more trouble, there is more where that came from. Same thing with all of these jihadists. We will never have peace if we keep playing pattie cake with these terrorist varmints! I have no sympathy for the muslimes. They deserve it!
