i dont know, this guy just sounds like someone who is obsessed with children and death. if he didnt do it, i think he has some severe mental problems that actually makes him think he did it. some lady who was representing him in california said that he is in his right mind and that he is not crazy. so does that mean the insanity plea is out? tell me your thoughts

He seemed too willing, almost eager to confess and become the center of attention. I think further investigation will prove he did not did it, and then he will be prosectuted for making a false confession. He seems to me to enjoy basking in the spotlight of media attention, and while he may very well be off balance in some ways, I doubt if he actually did it.
This seems all too easy. Something is not right here.

I think the insanity plea is out. He isn't insane. Just weird to look at.
I think he KNOWS who kills JonBenet. Why would Patsy Ramsey want to talk with him? Makes you wonder! SHE/THEY knew one another!
My personal opinion, SHE - Pasty Ramsey - Killed JonBenet OR someone in the family - Father or Brother did it!

he has been linked to being there when it happened by his own brother. He was actually a person of interest for all of 10 seconds in 2001, until some incompetent detective decided not to background check him or pursue any further info on him.
If he's not guilty, he knows who is.

I think:
(a) he has severe mental health issues;
(b) he didn't kill anybody; and
(c) he would have said anything to get out of a Thai jail (Hell, I'd admit to anything to get out of a Thai jail, too!).
