On average, it takes you sending out 100 resumes in order to get 1 response. When you submit them to Monster, they send them to the company that you requested. Sometimes, it may be several weeks before these companies call anyone because they wait to see how many resumes they actually receive.

Maybe your resume isn't what THEY are looking for.

Redo your resume.

Relist in several different areas.
