Stay out of Mickey D's, no cokes and no bread, forget the exercise, 2 slices of bread a day will add 10 pounds in one year and cokes uggahhhhhhh, another thing you have to be careful of and this is a fact, Cheerois has more salt than a quarted pounder, check what your eating

dontcha dare bcome aneroxic coz its baaaad!!!!! do yoga,regularly, u can lose 20 kgs in one week!cut down on oily stuff n have warm lemon water every mornin!!! IT WORKS TRUST ME!!

ya i am reducin weight now too... go 4 it... u can do it.... eat more eggs.... eat chicken breast..... fish..... more veg.... fried food only once a week..... sometimes go 4 exercisin...... although i dont go exercisin... i did not eat rice at all... i only drink soup plus vegetables plus chicken breast....
