im running windows XP on laptop(i cant remove my hard disk). i want to find my TOTAL Hrd disk capacity... not by just adding the voulme of al the partitions.. but like from some hardware properties.. or some other way.. where can i find it??

Go to My Computer
Right click on local disk C
drop down opens
click Properties
There it is
used and free space

right click your hard drive go to properties

TOTAL Hrd disk capacity

Right click on your 'C' drive. Click on properties. It will show you the size of your harddrive plus the amount of used and free space.
