seriously, Yahoo!Answers - and, if that doesn't work, I get in my car and go for a drive. I always head for a park - but never seem to make it there... maybe today... that would be nice... :) Thank you for asking!

I live near an airport, and I used to go there and sit in the coffee bar with a good book. The advantages are that it is open 24hrs, it is always buzzing with people coming and going and in the middle of the night it is a fairly safe place to be. i don't go anymore because of the parking fees, I suppose motorway cafes are a similar place, not as exciting though. My husband grew up and left home, so I suppose if I need to 'get away' I just go to bed (with a book)

To the beach. Sometimes I just want to run away. So i go to the beach, bring some snacks, a radio, shades, a blanket, and a nice glass of wine. It's pretty much secluded, and listening to the waves and birds is relaxing.

lock the doors, play some of your fav music, take a nice long bath, read a good book, take the phone of the hook, turn of your cell. stick a note on your door "Do Not Disturb" meditate, or if you can safely, go for some nice long walks, to the beach, parks etc......every body needs time out, recharges the body and soul.good luck and god bless

I love to go and hide in my garden, sitting alone listening to the sounds in the air is quite relaxing

Take a good bath, drink a glass of wine, listen some music, something relaxing , read something funny or ... watch some cartoons. I do it! It's fun.
