I do the scrambled thing mostly because I never had a taste for the yolk and I could never fry an egg. Now that I am married to an over easy kind of guy (which is so hard for a novice egg fryer) I have learned how to do it pretty well almost 2 years into it. We usually compromise and I make scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and of course all the other stuff he wants. I'm not a big breakfast person but he seems to like it so I cook mostly for him, that's why I'm here at 5:45 in the dam morning...lol. How about yourself, how do you like your eggs?

Best wishes

Egg salad or a nice egg for breakfast, scrambled eggs, with bacon, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms are a nice meal, too :-)

I like them at least popped...well I mean I found some in the Yard the other week...I didnt eat them..they were attatched by one single root in the grass...at first I thought they were mushrooms!....but I put one in a little pot..and a few days later..It kind of hatched...and I put it in some water...It looked like teeny tiny little E.T....a baby grey....then the water smelt really salty...what ever it was..it did not make it to
its full life-span...poor thing....
