sometimes when i headband i cant stop and then the next day i wonder if it is causing me brain damage

I have done it so hard that I thought I broke by neck, I couldn't move the next day. It can cause brain damage if you hit your head enough times. I think you should take it easy.

Actually when I did it cleared up the crook in my neck, now it doesnt crack
