Hello,

HR plays a prominent role in an Interview, so we should be very confident and carry a positive attitude while answering HR questions. Whatever we have mentioned in our Resume, we should be well aware of it, as HR posses lot many questions based on your resume.
I can just give u an ex: in my resume I mention "I have leadership qualities". So I was asked how do u justify this ans. This is how they pose questions.
Confidence,Positive Attitude & Sharpness is required in answering their questions, and also to the point.

Firstly u shld tell in which field & some more details ..........But when u r asking about the basic than i can tell u is .....

In the interview they'll ask about the personal introduction at the first time thare we shall prove him about all our communications, what the qualities they required in the candidate.
we should answer his every question with complete confidence & if asks also we shld be ready to prove him also,



Eg : Q= Tell me about ur personal background ?
A= In answer we shll give him in a lenthy discription how best we can do it !
