Hello to you all....
I am currently serving in a multination company as a Transport & Logitics Assistant. The job and salary is suitable but I am facing some problems. In our branch, there are 6 x assistants are authorize by the rules and regulations of our company. I am the only doing all work instead of 6 employees. I have forwarded several letters to the Administration department but they did not take any action yet. I have to work very hard from 0700 hours to 2300 hrs in my office. Senior officails are not taking any action against my notices.
I am getting tired of this job.
What Should I do?
Either I should continue this job or I should leave and search for another.

Thanks to you all.

I believe this is like a good training for you for a higher job or promotion. With time you will be able to know all the jobs in your company . Be patient and am sure the top managers are aware of this.

Start sending out resumes in the next week. If this company is not willing to fix the problem after cotinued complaint... you don't need them. Once you've done that, drop off on the work-load
and only do your share of the work. Once the productivity level drops maybe the boss will take notice and do something (hopefully you'll have a new job by then)

When you give your notice to the admin's state that you are seeking more reasonable employment. Then tell them that one deciding issue is their continued disregard for solving this particular problem.

You can start by talking to your HR, and understand what is your job duties and the boundaries.

Don't just do the job, cause you told to do so. If you accepted jobs that is outside your job responsibility, that's ok, if it is short term (as a favour/good deed to the company)

However, if it is long term, then is time to discuss and get it sort it out.

By changing to another job, you might face similar situation, so is better to face it and get it solved.

You might want to look for a another company, something in the same area. It sounds like you have exhausted most of your avenues.
