in forming an early vision of what an independent America was supposed to be? What relevance is there that all 3 documents were either co-signed (Mayflower Compact & Declaration of Independence) or agreed to by association (John Winthrop's speech)?

It simply means that the authors of those documents sited were Christians who relied upon The Bible especially the true testements not The Gospel, as a foundation for human liberty. Peace.

To have a 'social plan' you have to have 'social idea's'. In that time the bible was about the only thing many peole agreed on being good.

Not sure what your "point" is ... but can you name any society in human history where it has not been bad manners to point at somebody? No? Scholars queried on this matter said they couldn't think of any, either.
