Yes, obviously. What we need in office is more pro-business Democrats, who understand both the need for growth AND the need for working people to earn a living. There are plenty of them around (and a few pro-worker Republicans as well, for that matter).
Unfortunately, what we get are all of these Disneyland Republicans* who believe that cutting taxes magically leads us all to prosperity. Apparently they've forgotten the great period of prosperity under President Clinton in the 1990s. Responsible budgeting works well enough to support the worker and the business owner.
* And to be fair, Disneyland Democrats who seem to think that there's an endless fountain of money coming out of the ground, though they're certainly not the big problem today.

To some degree yes, but to go with that how many poor people start business that provide others with jobs? If you are poor you are going to need a job not just a handout to better your standard of living. Does having super rich movie stars help the poor, even tho you hear them talking about how the democratic party is the peoples party? They have 10 million dollar mansions and gripe that the government isn't helping the poor enough. How about a 5 million dollar mansion and give the other 5 mil to habitats for humanity, scholarships for poor, etc. Both parties policies favor the rich, neither will admit it! When was the last time a presidential candidate was poor?

Did you ever get a chance to study the history of this country you live in? Political policies are often paid for at the expense of the liberal choices made centuries before. Republican policies or Democrat policies ... some where in the midst of the seeming chaos is something called the CONSTITUTION. While you are at it look up the FEDERALIST PAPERS.
At your leisure. Most people just take too much for granted. Talk to a MARINE who has served all of US well.

The gap between rich and the working class is at its highest in history. It is also more statistically rare for someone to leave the social class they were born into. Seldom does a middle middle class person get to be an upper middle class person. The American dream is pretty much dead, as is government "of, by, and for the PEOPLE." The Republicanazi Party favors corporations and those with inherited wealth. Everyone else loses.

No. Conservative Republicans favor less government. If we have less government, we have less expenses. Less expenses benefits everyone. We are currently in the best economic times this country has seen. Cutting taxes was a benefit to the entire economy. Look at the unemployment rate. When the unemployment rate drops, it benefits the poor. More jobs are created. If a poor, unemployed person gets a job then earns $10,000, it's 10,000 times what he earned while unemployed. He still pays no federal income tax. How is that fair? Everyone should share the burden.
If a rich man, who paid $50,000 in federal income tax gets a 10% tax break, he saves $5,000. But his tax burden is still $45,000. How is the rich man favored by Republican policies if he pays $5,000 less while the poor man makes $10,000?

No !
The Dims love that idea , but history says different .
The Rich make money by investing it in products , business and industry which creates jobs . People work those jobs or line up for welfare .
That's a choice they make .
Socialism ( Liberal Dims ) destroys the work ethic , why work if Government will give you everything .
Why go to school and learn anything ?
Government will feed you , house you , provide medical care and
pay you to have babies .
Rich and poor workers are taxed to support those who think , the
gov will always be able to support them .
