He should be.
Darrel Hair is now ashamed of what he has done, and actually
its Hair who have brought the game to a disrepute, and Inzamam is just being used as a sheet to cover what Darrel Hair has done.

His letter to the ICC personnel about his retirement is actually a 'moral victory' for the Pakistanis. Hair is definitely aware of what he has done, and now to compensate this he is trying to play certain tricks, and ICC is backing him.
But my Lord knows who is right.
And Inshallah (means may the will of God be there) Pakistanis
will come out to be the innocent party.
And I think ICC should work as a body that governs cricket but
not as a 'money making' organisation.

Well I for one believe hair should be commended. This is not the first time, pakistan has had ball tampering made against them In fact quite a few countries have made this allegation Don't use the racist card,or cricket will be the loser.Only look the facts and determine, if in fact the ball was tampered with If so by whom? Two teams are on the field of play Which one did this

but he must be because am afraid my dear...v r using very polite words for the blooody jerk daryl hair...hes so cruel and evil...he is a black spot on the game...definately he took money for all this....but IC thinks that only the players and specially aisan players can cheat and umpires are angels....huh...but look what IC is doing...and look what ex australian players are saying...it sall recism i am afraid....ICC might ban inzi for 8 matches...for putting the match to an end...but they might overlook what the umpires did..they are seeing the end mo re closely than the means.....it has 2b asked from that blody cheat that whom did u c tempering the ball....and if u dint se anybody then y th hell did u award penalty runs....and even then when u saw paki team not coming outta ground...u shud have gone 2 inzi and told him that well..if u dont come..i will award it 2 englanad...but he didnt do any of the above...coz he never wanted to,,,,he wanted the same what happened.....and sorry 2 comment on simon taufel's comments that he knows the aws better than any1....had that been the caase...he would not have given inzi run out in faisalabad as that was a complete matter of law..............HATE HAIR

its definatley daryl hair at fault....had temparing been the case inzi would have used 2 fast bowlers instead of kaneria on the other end....do u expect kaneria 2 reverse swing th ball? when cook got out...ball wis with Hair...and just 3 ovrs later he found the ball tempered...the point is that when cook got out...ball was rversing...y didnt the bloody hair se at that time that something has been done2 the ball....it is quite possible that he himslf did it...what pakistan did was just a result of hair's decision..therefor before deciding why pakistan pulled outta match...ICC must look into hair's matter...if he is proven guilty ..pakistan is automatially free of charge!!!

In cricket, either you are a docile umpire or a racist. Hair chooses to be the latter. Common, let us face it. It was his job to get on with the game with the right spirit. Now he saw something illegal going on and he had every right to penalise the team violating the code of cricketing rules. Now the fact that 26 cameras did not catch that---or for that matter 100 cameras did not, if you include the amateur ones around the ground, does not alter the case that he saw what he saw. Seeing and taking action was his job and he did it. That brings us to the question, what needs to be done about the docile ones who see and close the eyes?

I feel he should not be removed from umpiring panel.Have some empathy and put yourself in his shoes. He,along with other ground umpire, video umpire and match referree made a very tough decision . How would you have acted if the vote against you was 3 to 1.At least he had the guts to say what he thought and act upon it

I don't think or I would hope that the ICC show some balls and not remove him from the panel. He has done nothing wrong.

hi.
i think your and my answer is same and ICC will surely ignore if this fault from Darrel side and if it is from Inzmam and Pakistan side's fault then ICC will make some very unbalance decisions.

i agree with you.i also think that both inzamam and hair should be given a ban because both of them made a mistake. i am disappointed with pakista because they did not play the game sportingly.just 5 runs were awarded .they should have completed the match and then take action.we will ve to wait and watch that what will happen next
