The only safe way to avoid unwanted pregnancy and sexually-transmitted diseases is to use condoms.

If you're not going to use condoms, don't have sex.

Use some sort of birth control method that's effective...like the pill or a condom although that's not 100%.

NO, safe sex involves safety precautions... pill, condom etc since both of them claim not to be 100%.... then not using them.... figure it out!
