learning to feel all of my emotions and allowing myself to feel all of my emotions! For so long i would avoid feeling pain, hurt, jealousy, anger. I thought tofeel these emotions was to be a bad person. As soon as I realized that these feeling are necessary and okay, problems became smaller and life became better. :)
