I absolutely HATE the feeling of sand touching my feet or getting it in my shoes or flip-flops. I need something that with stop the "free sand" from getting to my feet. Some have recommended Uggs, and said that a lot of guys and girls wear them around Huntington Beach, California when they get done riding the waves. I know that a lot of people are totally against the idea of Uggs, but this truly seems natural around this area, and this would be the only area I would wear them. What are your thoughts???

I personally don't like Uggs. Gosh, that is quite the dilemma. I don't know. . . Wellies maybe? They're cuter and a lot more waterproof. Of course anything that goes beyond the ankle does not really belong on the beach but that's the best that I could come up with.
