There is no news of the national awards for films. However there are rumours. Does anyone know the truth?

the national awards have been decided and right now in a sealed envelope but there is a court order against it so once that is resolved then only will they be Announced...

yes they are announced and big b had won the best actor award for black and some Bengali film has won for the best film.
