When ever possible put your legs up. Even at work put something under your desk, or where ever you are try and put your feet up if you can. Try to not stand around to much or else it wont only be your legs it will be your feet too. Swelling is caused by extra fluid in your body while it is preparing for birth.

drink lots of water.
put your legs up for a while.
cut out the high sodium products like soda.
when the swelling goes down. try and walk around a little, but wear sock that go up to your knees, this will help.
ask your doctor about this on your next visit. good luck

I also had this and looked like I had bloomin elephant legs - hideous. The only thing I was told was to keep them up, put them on the sofa or something whenever you can. Easier said than done I know, but at this stage you should be slowing down a bit anyway. Take a bit of time to yourself and get your feet up. Good luck.

Use ice to reduce the swelling. Before doing work do some warm ups. Also I think there should be special exercises for pregnant women that you should learn which I don't know...LOL
