Nope

Make a to-do list:
1. Go to store
2. Buy condoms

No, noy at all. You say 5 days after your period. So lets say you are on a 28 day cycle. You get your period and it lasts 6 days. Then you have sex 5 days after that. That means you are having sex on day 11 after the first day of your last period. Eventhough day 14 is your most furtile, sperm can live inside you for a number of days, so having sex 3 days before would definately be a risk if you don't want to have a pregnancy.
Only do this if you are preared to be a mother, otherwise wear protection.

To avoid unwanted pregnancy the only way you can have "safe" sex is to use a condom or get on some birth control. If you do not want a baby why would you take the risk?

Using only your menstrual cycle as a means of family planning is not safe at all, and 5 days after menstrual cycle is definitely very risky

Its never safe to have sex with out protection. There have been studies done that say that some women ovulate more than once a months...besides you run the risk of a std without using preotection

Five days before is usually safe though not always; but 5 days after will probably not be safe until one of you has fertility problems.

5 days BEFORE period is safe.

5 days after your period is not safe.

I would have to say yes. the reason you have a mestrual cycle is because the egg has died and the uterus is flushing out what is not needed. therefore the egg is sent out during you period, nothing to worry about. unless you family has a history of twins then there is a slight to no chance that there may still be a live egg in the uterus. atleast that is what my doctor claims.

5 days before would be safer than 5 days after your period ended, but really it's all taking a chance. buy some condoms and remove all worry....easy.

It is ALWAYS safe to have sex, whenever you like, if you use a condom. Don't be stupid enough to think there's ever a safe time to go without.
