What a good question! Many of us just keep on going day to day and don't think about it.
Yes, I am generally doing what I want. I'm a bit older and have seen and done a lot of things over the years. My life is pretty darned good. I've been lucky. I try hard to appreciate it and not take it for granted.
But at this very moment, I'd rather be asleep! (I'm in the eastern US and have insomnia.)

I am not sure what i want to do with my life, i think at the moment i am not doing what i want to do.

I have a clear path ahead of me, a clear mind and a free spirit too. I have plans, and getting there so yes, well I'd say *almost* rather than a yes
