probably not. sometimes people get so uptight about everything they do that it becomes unclear to even themselves what they are doing all these for. sometimes it just becomes a routine..we become robots doing the same stuff day in, day out...it takes a clear mind and away from the norm that we will know why we do the things we do when we do. got it?
