‘Bacne’ is a funny term for back acne. Breakouts most commonly occur when perspiration is trapped and pores get clogged. You might be getting bacne because you're wearing tight-fitting shirts in the summertime.
Treat your bacne as you would any acne:
Rule #1: Shower after you sweat.
If you're sweating excessively from exercise or working in your garden, don't wait until later to shower.
Rule #2: Exfoliate daily.
Invest in a long-handled back scrubber, then use it to apply a gentle exfoliating cleanser created for acne. Scrub your entire back. A note of caution: Be careful not to overexfoliate, some scrubs contain large granules that can tear at skin. A great alpha-hydroxy scrub is Lancome Exfoliance Deep Pore Refining Scrub with Micro Beads. A great cleanser with salycylic acid is Bliss Steep Clean Cleansing Milk.
Rule #3: Follow with ointment.
Towel off after you shower and apply a topical ointment created for acne that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicyclic acid.
Rule #4: Let skin breathe.
Especially in summer, when sweat tends to stick to skin, wear cotton shirts.
Once skin is healed, continue to exfoliate your back a couple times a week in the shower and make sure you continue to shower immediately after excessive sweating.

tight fitting shirts hold sweat and dirt to your skin, not a good thing. also, drinking lots of water helps keep your pores clean and will help with all acne. i used acne soap on my back when i had it, that helped some, but once i started spending a lot of time in our swimming pool (chlorine does wonders for acne but horror for skin) and drinking lots of water (kept my skin from getting nasty, and didn't have to use lotion which would have promoted acne) it almost went completely away. after a few weeks, it was gone

Use a hot pack or hot water bottle on the lower part of your spine, lay with two pillows to support your back, do not slouch, keep your back straight and take anti inflammatory's, you can pick them up from a chemist.
