They will not help, waste of your money. Just eat healthy and think positive. The type medicines you take can turn your sex off like turning a light switch off. Most anti-depressant drugsl, tranqilizers, blood pressure medicines and a whole host of other medicines with do this.. GO SEE A GOOD UROLOGIST and be totally frank with him on what is wrong. There are several differents things he can prescribe that may help and if all else fails.....surgery to insert a pump. Pops

One more thing-you do NOT need iron as a rule. Iron is a cytotoxin if taken needlessly. There is a condition known as iron poisoning, and it can cause all sorts of problems ranging from heart problems to cancer (RE: Duke's answer). Hence, unless you are anemic, your multivitamin should clearly state "without iron."
