Why are you feeling like that - anyway when we look for a job we are not looking whether someone else will be recruited or not.
If the Company is ok then where is the problem.
Let me tell you from my experience for over 15 years working experience I have been the only female in the three companies I have worked but I have had no problem at all coz I was fine with the guys around. Guys at work are more understanding then women most of the times.
But at times when we get females in the same company as I have right now you tend to have so many misunderstandings as they (women) only like bitching around (sorry) but the truth - they are jealous and talk more irritatingly.
So please if you are happy with the Company I mean workwise then please let it be your least problem whether they recruit more or not.

i dont think there is any problem being the ONLY girl in the office. you are there to work. show your ability in it and look at the bright side...you dont have to compete in dressing or attention ..since there are no girls around! personally i have work in an office for more than 2 years, with 6 men. Guess what?? i was given priority is everything, and there wasnt any office politics! remember ..as long as the company is treating you good...just give ur best shot at work. Anyway... why do u need another girl??

If you are being made uncomfortable at job. leave it.
If you are enjoying your stay with a team of just 3, enjoy your status as the only girl at office.

If you are uncomfortable in your Job.... you should be looking for something else to do.
Find something you would enjoy doing so that when you go to work, you are actually going somewhere you want to be.

if you are the the only girl or not that doesnt matter. is your question is pointing that others are trying to take advantage of you or u feel alone.
