No; only a jerk would make you feel like an idiot for being honest about your feelings. It is okay to be scared. If you are thinking about having sex then you should be able to talk about it. Discuss your fears with him. If he isn't caring and understanding then you shouldn't be having sex with him anyway.

I don't think you would look like an idiot, if anything, you would look to be a responsible and sensible person. Don't allow anyone to intimidate you into having any form of sexual relations.
There are many reasons to be scared when thinking of having sex especially at a young age...pregnancy, STD'S, Aids...etc.
Think first and follow your gut! Remember if you do decide...No glove..No Love!

It's good that you'll tell him your fears so together you'll think of a strategy to overcome that or maybe just agree on waiting til you're both ready and comfortable.

No of course not, your first time is always scary and you should really want to do it, to make it more enjoyable. Do not rush into anything you are unsure of and remember that your body is your body and i am sure that you boyfriend loves you and will understand you are scared.
Something to know is that it may seem like a scary thing to do but really it is not and well if you decided to try it remember that if it hurts you just tell him to stop!!! You will be fine :)

well first thing is...how old are your darlin and second how long have you been with your boyfreind? if your a virgin is he worth loosing your virginity to in the first place if your worrying what he may say if you tell him your scared. and you do things in your own time not when things suit him and if hes worth what you think he is then he will understand and respect you. its your decision but go with what you feel is right....be sure you make the right one sweetie x Jade :) x

If he really cares about you then you should be able to talk about it.
Don't let anyone pressure you into sex. If someone makes you feel uncomfortable then he's a jerk.
