i understand spanish and speak some spanish and i love the spanish language ..... but i love how speech sounds are perceived by my ears when i hear the french language - the phonetics of french. i would rather speak french, more than spanish or english.

I speak both
So nothing left to learn
however since they're very similar in many points in vocabulary and grammar, If you know one it's a lot easier to learn the other.
I'd suggest starting French since it's a lot closer to English than Spanish!!

I have taken both and I am majoring in French.... so I will have to go with French its such a beautiful language.
