All depends on what kind you are trying to sow. There are MANY kind of flower seeds. All can be very colorful in a floral display.

Also depends on where you are at & how your weather is.

depends normally late winter early spring for frost resistant plants and sensitive ones later when frost is no longer a threat or you could sow in seed trays first and keep in a protected sunny area .For winter flowering plants late summer.

Difficult to recommend what seeds without knowin soil type
and amount of shade and sunlight

It actually depends on the climate and soil.I think the best time to sow seeds is in the springtime.

what kind of seeds you want to use and which season every seasonal seed has a different timings of sowing so let us know which type of seed u want to use

If u r in India the best seaso is July and August before heavy rainy season.It will drizzle in these months .In Tamil we say :Adi pattam thedi vithai"

Depends where you actually live and what the climate is like.

Personally i go for wildflower seeds.
