If the guy likes what you are doing then I don't think there is a right or wrong way. I think it depends on the guy some are more sensitive than others so you can use the same motion on all. You need to figure out what you have found works well and develope it as your own. Mostly you have to feel if the guy is more sensitive on the head or the base, underneath or on the top and you can pretty much feel your way thru that one no joke intended sorry.
