I've been involved in interior design and home-styling for quite some time now and I've never heard of hand crafted taps (presume they are what you're calling faucets). Lots of companies offer very expensive, quality sanitaryware - your best bet is to get a magazine called 'Kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms' which delights in displaying ranges of high quality wares - lots of ads in the back as well.
