Not likely. You need more video ram, more processing power and more ram.

Minimum requirements (and I mean bare miminum)

Windows 98/ME/2000/XP (Windows 98/NT are not supported)
800 MHZ processor (or 1.2 GHz Celeron/Duron)
128 MB RAM (256 recommended)
32 MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers ("GeForce" or better)
915 MB of free hard disk space (+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression)
8x CD / DVD drive
Soundcard, keyboard, mouse (gamepad recommended)

of course you can but the performance of the game will be really slow, especially when riding fast in cars, sudden turns, changing camera views
