I've been outside one of the gates near Rachel, NV. We went there in the middle of the night and we were spotted within 15 seconds by guards. They couldn't do anything because we were well outside the site, but they watched us from a hill the entire time we were there. (about 4 hours)

Well its the Governemt were talking about, so anything is possible (anything bad anyway). People who work in the Government are a bunch of screw ups who had nothing better to do with their time than make people miserable.
