I am getting sharp pains in my lower stomach/side often, which are minor. I also have been really tired and have had headaches all week? Could this be signs of pregnancy. We have been trying?

Yeah I did with all 3 of my kids. Probably the body getting ready to go into PREGNANCY mode!
If the headaches get worse, contact your OB/GYN IMMEDIATELY. Could be signs of High Blood Pressure!

i did! i actually thought they were menstrual cramps! i couldn't understand why i was cramping and my cycle wouldn't start, until the dr. informed me! lol Ur headaches could be ur body's reaction to hormones from the new baby and the cramps could be signs of a possible ectopic pregnancy. since u said u had been trying, u should make an appointment with an ob/gyn as soon as u can-just to get a check on things and make sure everythings goin great! I have "cramps" in the lower abdomen all through out my first pregnancy, not too many headaches though. It was because I was getting huge! My lower belly never stopped growing until a week until birth. No one could beleive the size of my daughter compared to the size of me. I'm 5'2" and, before pregnancy 98lbs, end of pregnancy 153lbs. My daughter came out to be 8lb 4oz and 21" long. You may be in store for a large baby too. Just remember it hurts because everything is streching.

Heck I even had a slight menstrual bleeding the first month pregnant,so cramping yes

I'm also trying to get pregnant, I felt those same feelings last month and I thought it was certain that I was pregnant. I was wrong, it was me getting my hopes up:( So I wish you the best of luck.

I didn't feel a thing... but I never had any menstrual cramps either in my life, so maybe this is a factor. I didn't even get sick. Check your gynecologist and best of luck!

unlike all the other responders... I felt the same way this month...I felt odd cramps this month and had some bad headaches...unfortunately, my period came...
