the best time will be when you're not happy with what you're doing..and the happiness goes on and on already for the past two weeks or so and you think you're getting bored and tired...

Definitely NOT during November or December. Very few companies are interested in hiring during December (unless it's seasonal work).

Also avoid June, because every college kid will be out there looking for work also.

January can be good as some companies hand out yearly budgets in January.

when u have gained effective experience in the current concern & when u need further increent in ur salary.
when a better oppurtunity comes from a top company
