That depends on the individuals involved with each other and what they want, they will most of the time talk about each others needs and go from there making that decision. Personally I'm not a control freak, if he wants to mess around while with me, he has to do a few things too honoring me as his first and far most number one; and tell her that I give my consent to them both to mess around. Then when they get caught by her ole man, the bullets won't come flying my way!! Hahahahahahhaahhahah!
