I'm going to get a tattoo with my father for my 16th birthday, and although it is legal for minors to be tattooed in Indiana, some parlors won't do it. So I was wondering if anyone knows of a reputable parlor that will tattoo me.

most tattoo parlors will only do minors with parental consent.
However most tattoo artists set there own rules as to from what age to admit.
