What are these? How can I make them disappear? They are not pimples because they dont redden but they are elevated and can obviously seen when light is focused.

sounds like blackheads - try a deep pore cleanser or maybe try one of those clear pore strips things that you put over your nose then peel it off after a few mins. that should get rid of them - it is just blocked pores. DONT squeeze them whatever you do. it can cause the trapped dirt to be forced in deeper and cause an infection.

white heads
Use a acne cleanser and don't wash it off right away. Most people think as soon as the cleanser touches the face it has done its work. NO leave it on and massage it. Let it do its job.
Use a toner and moisturizer.
Make sure though your face is not tight after washing it.

You have those too? And I thought I am the only one who has it. I think it is pores. Do they look obvious in the light but not that obvoius when light is much more dimmer?

when ever i eat lots of sugary things i get pimples so try to lower ur sugar level
