yep!!

in such a situation, iwould turn up the volume on high and dance!!
keeps me awake.. and fresh...

a 4hour nap would just make u feel worst when u wake up!

Probably so. If you sleep now you will just feel tired when you have to get up. If you stay busy now when it's time for work just take a good shower, drink some good hot tea or coffee and off to work you go! You'll probably get pretty sleepy after lunch so eat light. OR, just sleep on your lunch break for about 10 minutes if you are able to do that. I never could. Good luck!

I can sleep 2 or 4 hrs and feel just fine for a few days. I have stayed up as long as 52 hrs.

depends on how your body works. If you can get up after 4 hours of sleep, then go to bed. If not then, enjoy the fog that comes with all nighters.

Lol u sound like me....sometimes its better to stay up ..4 hrs will just make u feel hungover .Drink lots of coffee!

I have five kids and average about3-4 hrs of sleep a night. go to bed you'll live

depends on what you have to do tomorrow and what time you will be done. If you are going to have a long day tomorrow then i would rest. If you just have to do something early but will be back early then suck it up and stay awake.

Stay up, you'll feel worse on 4hours of sleep than staying up.

yes. if you go to sleep now, you'll enter deeper sleep..which makes it harder to get up in the morning...makes you all groggy.

i say stay up and enjoy the coffee when it's light.
