How early into the pregnancy are we talking?
I found just after I found out I was pregnant I had a few uncomfortable aches on one side of my lower belly, but I didn't have any other pains until 22 weeks when the baby was laying on a nerve.
I had to get down on all fours and stretch like a cat. This would shift the baby off the nerve. That worked for a whild until I needed physio and had to wear a support for my back as I had started to limp and lean one side because of the pain.
Speak to your doctor/gynae/obs to see what they can suggest for you.
Congrats & good luck :-)

Yes I had leg cramps all through pregnancy. Especially toward the end. My doctor said it was normal however I cannot remember what he said was the cause. It was over 5 years ago. They can wake you from a sound sleep and my husband would rub my legs especially when my big belly was in the way. He used to gently flex my foot back and forth until the pain went away.
Just know that they do go away after the baby is born.

Sounds like sciatica
If you go onto all fours and relax, hold that position for 20 seconds and repeat as often as you can throughout the day.
This will help realign your vertebrae and take the pressure off your sciatic nerve.
A harmless exercise to you and your baby.

I have the pleasure of never experiencing those, but I think you're referring to sciatic pain. Google it.

Anything can happen during pregnancy. If it gets unbearable, be sure to mention it to your Dr. on next visit.
