Yes. From ignorance comes fear, then hatred.

This hatred (racism) is then taught to family, children and peers.

So, some people hate simply because they were taught by their parents, peers to hate a certain race or people.

Ignorance and fear. Also, rascim could be learned from youth and these person's aren't smart enough to question it, to dwelve deeper and find out why their hate is focused solely on one group or groups of people

Yes, most racism stems from ignorance. People from one race are completely ignorant of other cultures and that forms into a hate...which forms into racism between different races.
