Here are some signs. Remember that these don't always occur:
Distances himself from you, either emotionally or sexually
Often works late/out with friends
Often discusses co-worker or friend of the opposite sex
Not accountable for long periods of time
New sexual practices/positions with you
Hides email/phone messages from you, or doesn't want you around when talking on the phone or online
Accuses you of affairs
Starts improving appearance, working out, new clothing, haircut
Unexplained bills on credit card, gasoline card for places you have not been
Clothing is washed immediately or changed after coming home. Perfume, lipstick, sexual stains are on clothes.

You can tell when he brushes his teeth. Usually men will spend more time brushing for a fresher breath then before. He should also have a lot of gum on hand meaning he always has a pack somewhere. He will dress better and where perfume when going out.
Basically you can smell the different behavior in men when they do start to cheat. If you feel in the gut then it will be true.

Well he is secretive, sneaks out a lot and has no real explanation of his whereabouts. Does he stutter when you ask him where he as been? Does he lie to you? If you suspect he has slept with someone else try to feel him, if his balls are loose or hang (empty like) then he has ejaculated in the last 24hrs. Check for perfume smell on his clothing and loose hair. Monitor his every move, even con a friend of his to give up all the goss about him. It is very easy to catch a guy out, there a terrible liars and clumsy and trying to cover it up...

Try to hack his hotmail/myspace/etc. accounts. That's how I found out that my ex-boyfriend was lying and cheating on me. But before doing that you must have good reasons to believe he might be cheating on you.

TELL- just speak to him whaever you know that he is cheating on you.
FIND OUT- you can never be sure until and unless you catch him.
