he kind of used his forearm and put it across my neck. i only had one hand free. if he does it again i really want to hurt him bad. but i dont know how.

Make a formal complaint against him for assault at your local police department. Also, if it left a mark, make sure you take a photograph or two of it so you have proof. That will hurt him.
Or you could threaten him with the above.. but I would not recommend it, as it could make him do it again or more.

Two choices. either tell him never to do it again and if he does LEAVE HIM
Or Just Leave him
there are plenty of other guys out there for you.
or (thought of another one) if he does this again use your one free hand reach down between his legs and Squeeze his nuts as hard as you can. Guaranteed he'll stop and wont even be thinking about sex for an hour.
.. note that if he hits you for this. Leave him. But if your too tied up into thinking this is the guy for you and you wont leave him. Tell him this: in a very serious deadpan voice say "You hurt me again you'll wake up someday maybe not tomarrow or even next week, but someday youll wake up only half the man you used to be" and motion towards his privates. That should do it

if you don't want to file charges which you should because it really would hurt him a great deal and it would be a lot better that you do that as well, say you do manage to hurt him, what happens to you after he isn't physically hurting anymore, he hurts you worse, twice as bad, leave the loser you can find yourself a better guy than that. let some of your male firends or brother or father know what he did to you, and if all else fails and you absolutely have to grab him by the balls, and then after he drops to the ground keep squeezing if it works, if not he is going to hit you really hard, kick him their really hard too a few times, and keep kicking him there, any guy that has to hit a lady deserves it, you should definitely leave the guy though, show yourself more respect than that

Well I used to have the same problem, and NO man should ever put their hand on you. I would knee him in the balls so you can get away, and then LEAVE HIM. A lot of the time they will just keep doing it and if you stop him physically and stay with him he might decide to "punish" you. I went through the same thing.

Why did he do it is what I'd like to know. What did you do to him? Or did he just do it for absolutely no reason whatsoever? I'm glad you asked what to do for the next time, since obviously you know he will and you're waiting to employ some clever maneuver. You said you "really want to hurt him bad." Wow, you two sound like you're made for each other. Sorry, I'd rather have a boyfriend that I don't physically fight with.

How big is he? How much does he weigh? If he is doing this on purpose get help from the police or something, OR if you are scared of him and want to kick his *** then take some martial arts lessons, tae kwon do, kickboxing, judo, wrestling, or something. PLUS you NEED to lift weights and work out at the gym so you are strong enough and fit to carry out these martial art moves. Oh yeah don't try to kill him you don't want to end up in jail, and oh yeah again KICK HIS ******* ***!!!

I would really talk to him about that and just be very honest on how that makes you feel very uncomfortable. If he his not willing to change then end the relationship. No need to retaliate when you only have one hand because when he get his chance he might do something worst so just be careful

Knee him sharp and hard in the balls. when he's bent over in pain smack him with either your fist or the back of your hand right in the face (or kick if you are not so strong) then leave and don't go back.

dump him now!!!!! This will only get worse as time goes on, you cannot change him, he will no change for you, he will say he is sorry and will not do it again but that is a lie, he will continue to do it until you are hurt very badly. Get out now!!!!!

you need to file a police report as soon as it happens and PRESS CHARGES! also you need to see about a restraining order and get away from him as soon as possible. if you don't have anyone to help you contact your local battered women's shelter and they can also help you. the phone number for help is 1-800-799-safe.
