Toooooo many questions in one question!!!!

-Take care that you dont take more oils,butter or ghee stuffs.
-Take lots of water & vegitables
-Overweight is dangerous in many ways.Not only for health wise but also if you are beauty consious then it can affect you in that way too.
-Salads can do good for teens.Its healthy,stylish at the same time vegetarian as u wante dto know.
-Honey doesnt have fat content but sugar has.
-For good eyes take more leafy vegitables.
-You asked all sensible questions but try to ask one at a time next time.
-A child should never do dieting in wrong way to slim up.All she/he has to do is to reduce fat intake.
-It is always dangerous to have a boyfriend at that age.Wait till you complete your education & then think of other things.

Last but not the least you are asked to type 1000 charecters in a question so that you can explain the question properly to others.Not to adust all your doubts in one question!!!!
