When im on i tend to get a bit of cramp like pain in my groin - has anyone found they had this when they got pregnant and if so what causes it?

I had 'period pains' for the first three months of my first pregnancy, I worked out that these pains happened when I would have had a period. I was a bit worried but everything was fine - its quite normal to have aches and pains in the groin when you are pregnant as everything is getting stretched....

it may be ligaments aching, when pregnant all ligaments tend to soften a bit and relax so a bit of aching is normal.
i suffered last pregnancy quite badly had physio give me special exercises to help and it can be more recurrent the more pregnancies you have (currently 4th time 12wks at mo ) and just started getting trouble again.

The best thing for you to do is see a nurse at your gp who will go through all these pregancy signs with you!
