he kind of used his forearm and put it across my neck. i only had one hand free. if he does it again i really want to hurt him bad. but i dont know how.

Get away from all these people who seem to be hurting you. You are a person not a play toy. Find a pastor and a church ask for help. A real man never hurts he's girl on purpose. so get away from him.

Don't spend another minute with him. If you stay with him and you end up having kids together, he'll do the same to them. Don't spread the misery. And get yourself some psychological help since your reaction to this is to figure out how to hurt him in return instead of seeing how messed up the situation is and getting the hell out of it.

If your legs weren't tied down lift your knee between his legs and crack he one good time in the groin, But really if this happened I'd call the police and get a restraining order, he's a pig and needs to go to jail...

if i was you there wouldn't be a next time but if there is you said you had 1 hand free take your thumb and drive it in his eye and then run and get help because he will be pissed and come after you when he can see again!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Dump him. No one deserves to be hurt by someone who supposedly cares about them. Besides if he really cares about you, this is the best way to hurt him. Just make sure that you move on.

Leave him. He ain't worth it if he stoops that low to abuse a girl. No one should ever do that to a loved one... NEVER! If he does it again, call the cops on him and have him arrested for dromestic violence.
