I have a samsung SCH-a850 that I purchased thru metro pcs.A week or so later i purchased a usb cable for it. Ive tried several brands of software, like: Mobile Action, Susteen's Data Pilot, and even samsung's PClink nothing will work!
When i plug the phone into the computer, windows acknollages the connection and recognizes the hard ware. The phones main components are listed in the "device manager
"of windows. "samsung usb phone" and "cdma Modem"
Its pretty frustrating.
all i want to do is get the damn pictures outta my phone & onto my pc. ^%$## ^*&%$%!!!

ok i work for a metro pcs retailer and let me just say this its not about size of the company its the fact that our software is fish like that the big bosses dont really want you messing with the phone or hackin the software but i can tell you this soon metro pcs will be unleashin data unlimited so that you can surf and send pics its in testing and will soon be availible until then your stuck

These software programs focus on the major retailers of cellular services. Once Metro gets big enough then there will be programs availble for them as well.
