which sentence order is correct??

"We send You a letter for Your information from..."

"For your information, we send you a letter from Vice-chairman J.A. addressed to Vice-chairman of the Republic of Poland. Letter has already been faxed to the Parliament of the Republic of Poland."

Like Lepapillon said, the first one is more correct, but there should be a comma after information.

"For your information, we send you a letter from..."

'We are sending you a letter for your information from' - implies that you have asked for information .'For your information we are sending a letter from' implies that the person answering is trying to establish his point of view with back-up evidence. Unless you're writing to God or the Queen, the 'y' should be lower case.

depends if you are informing them that you sent them a letter or that the letter is to inform them of something else
For the first example then "For your information, we have sent you this letter" The second example you could say "We are sending, for your information, this letter to inform you that...." but don't capitalise words in the middle of a sentence unless they are names

It really depends on the context of the rest of the letter, eMail or fax that you're sending and how you write the rest of it.

Id agree, its number one! You(r) isnt captalized in the middle of a sentence, and where are your commas?
