This case has always peaked my curosity because it has never been solved .There hasn't even been any lead publicly til here recently .In her obituary it say she died on the 26 of dec on her tombstone it says the 25.And yes i always thought the parents had an idea who did it.If you had a house as bis as theirs wouldn't you make sure it wasn't easy to get into to hurt them or their children.It just doesn't make any sense to leave all those doors and windows unlocked and lave the garage door unlocked .Anyone knows there are alot of thefts and burglars out at christmas because people are shopping and gone from home alot..If anyone has the answer please tell me or if i have it wrong tell me also...To the little angel JonBenet you are now in the arms of God and he will keep you safe...

Actually, they've never confirmed a Time of Death for her. So I'm guessing they just went with the scenario that she was killed before midnight, but found the next day.
I know it's because they've found the (alleged) killer, but I think they don't need to be showing her "last video/picture", they should let the poor baby rest in peace.

I believe she was found on Dec. 26, but the autopsy report estimated that her time of death was before midnight. So, that would be Dec. 25.

Her murder was on Christmas, and it took place before midnight. But he body wasn't found till the next day.

She was found on the 26th. She died on the 25th.
