Okay, My parents claim that when they were younger they went to watch professional hockey in Toledo, Ohio. But I've looked everywhere and I can't find proof of a hockey team there. I'm sure it wan't NHL, but I still can't find it even in the smaller leagues. Did this team exist???

Toledo Cherokee (1993 - Present) ?
Toledo Goaldiggers (1974 - 1986)
Toledo Ice Diggers (2003 - Present) ?

I don't know how long ago it was that your parents were speaking of, but since 1991 the Toledo Storm has been here in Toledo. They are an ECHL team affiliated with the Grand Rapid Griffins of the AHL and the Detroit Red Wings of the NHL
