No, currently we have no cure for AIDS, only treatments

Alot of cancer can be cured but its a long process. I think aids will have a vaccine eventually. Pluto, with our technology right now, is a long ways away. Literally!

Cure for Cancer depends on how early it is detected; cure for AIDS, the scientists are still in the lab trying to find a cure. They can all be treated but cure is wishful but totally not out of place. If you are a Christian, you will say that by faith all disease are curable, because "...by His stripes, we are healed..."
No life in Pluto and it will take a miracle to live there!

The government already has cures for both of them , they will not release them however , due to the fact that it would add to the problem of over-population . If less people were dying , and more children are being born that makes for some serious problems

You can cure some types of cancer like skin cancer by surgically removing the malignant tumor. Nope we can't, that doesn't any thing to do with you're first question.

there are chances to cure cancer at early stages
BUT "AIDS" no way to escape but there are medicines to live longer with aids
